Srijana Craine is the Horticultural Maintenance Manager for Plantwerks, where she leads field operations and serves as the key point of support for the technician team. She oversees day-to-day communication with the interior maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to succeed, while also working closely with the Plantwerks management team to maintain high standards of service excellence in plant care. Srijana is also an integral part of the Plantwerks account management team, and serves as a key point of contact for many clients in our Quality Assurance system.
With a degree in Interior Design, Srijana began her career focused on creating thoughtful, functional spaces—but her appreciation for living elements within those environments naturally drew her toward horticulture. She transitioned into the profession of horticultural maintenance through her work at Fuller Gardens, where hands-on experience sparked a deeper passion for plant care and set her on a new career path.
In 2021, Srijana joined Plantwerks as a Horticultural Technician, where her attention to detail, commitment to plant health, and customer service quickly stood out. As she continued to develop in her role, she further expanded her expertise by achieving a certification as a Master Gardener. She has since stepped into a leadership position, bringing together her design background, horticultural knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for plants to support both her team and the environments they care for. Outside of work, she maintains an extensive personal plant collection and has a particular interest in rare and unusual species.
